On the "Created Automations" tab, four Automations are visible.
While all four are active, the first one is not currently 'In Progress.'
This is because the first Automation is active but scheduled to commence at a later date.
Options available for an Automation from the "Created Automations" page include "Run" and "Delete."
Clicking "Run" will initiate the automation immediately, adhering to its scheduled run date and time.
On an Automation's page, several options are available:
Run Automation: Initiates the Automation immediately.
Set Inactive: Pauses the Automation until reactivated from the Automation's page.
Change Name: Allows you to modify the Automation's name.
Delete Automation: Removes the Automation.
Additionally, while on the Automation's tab, you have the ability to edit the Automation Stage Boxes.
Following the deactivation of an Automation, the button is now modified to 'Set Active,' as indicated by the arrow below.
Returning to the "Created Automations" page, let's access another active Automation to review its history.
Now, click on the History tab, indicated by the arrow below.
Now, you can observe the Automation's past and current runs sorted by date.
In the image below, it's evident that the Automation has been run only once.
The clock icon indicates that it is still in progress.
Click on the down-arrow, marked by the arrow below, to view the Automation's progress.
As evident, the Review Stage is complete, while the Sign Stage is still pending.
Clicking on the down-arrow next to each stage allows you to view the progress made by each assigned member.
Indicated by the arrow below, you can identify which member completed the Review Stage by their email address and the date.
On the Sign Stage, the pipeline process is currently awaiting the Signer to sign the document.
Once this stage is completed, the document will be uploaded as evidence.
