There are five types of a Report's status, each serving a specific purpose:
Completed: Indicates that a Report has been reviewed and successfully passed the Auditor's evaluation. It is now ready to be archived.
Rejected: The Auditor, for some reason, completely rejected your Report during the review process. It can now be archived.
In Review: Denotes that the Report is awaiting a response from the Auditor, who has yet to publish their decisionโwhether to approve the Report, reject it, or send it back with Non-Conformance Reports ().
NCR Published: Indicates that the Auditor has reviewed the Report and published it, containing NCRs for you to address and make the necessary changes. The Report is awaiting your response.
NCR Response: Signifies that the NCRs in the Report have been addressed by you, and it has been for them to check your fixes and notes. The report awaits the Auditor's re-evaluation.
