Just like approver members, recipients, being staff members, complete the document by signing it.
This signature designates the document as 'Complete,' indicating its readiness for uploading as evidence.
In the document or template creation window, under the Approver Workflow, recipients are added. You can find the "Add Recipient" button below, marked with an arrow.
Clicking the aforementioned button provides an option to enter a desired recipient's email address or scroll through the available collaborators list, as circled below.
You can add as many recipients as needed, and by selecting the 'Custom recipient order,' the signing order is now yours to decide.
You can arrange the recipients by dragging the recipient boxes to the desired positions,
Furthermore, you can leave a private message for each recipient using the mail icon (marked as '1' below), and delete a recipient from the list with the trash bin icon (marked as '2' below).
