Within the Incoming Requests tab, profile edit requests from employees are visible.
Employees seeking to add, remove, or update information in their profiles can submit change requests for our approval or rejection.
To begin, click on the Incoming Requests tab, as indicated by the arrow below.
In this section, you can view the requests organized in a list.
Currently, there is one request that has been created.
Upon selecting the request, you can review its details, including the changes that will be made if it's approved.
Additionally, you'll find the 'Approve' and 'Reject' buttons, circled below.
The status of the request has been updated to Approved, as marked by the arrow below, and the requested changes have been automatically implemented in the employee's profile information.
It's noteworthy that you can navigate through requests either by utilizing the search bar or by employing various filter options, as highlighted within the rectangle below.
