As an Auditor, you will receive automated notifications upon the sharing of a report for your review.
These notifications contain essential information, including the organization's name and the title of the report.
As an auditor with access to Complico's Reports system, begin by selecting an organization to access its reports, as indicated by the arrow below.
Within this interface, you can observe information about the organization "PrimeTech Solutions," including its report count (1) and the most recent modification date of its reports.
Upon selecting this organization, a list of its reports is displayed, featuring details such as the report name, status, last updated date, and the corresponding framework reported.
Let's take the first report on the list, named "Example Report," as an example for the review process.
Begin by selecting the report.
Once the report is open, you can scroll through the entire list of controls.
You also have the option to use the search bar to find a specific control or apply filters, which will be explained later in this guide.
To publish a report review, the auditor needs to complete the report's information.
At the top of the report review page, there are two blue buttons (circled below).
Additionally, a gray 'Complete' button is visible, which will turn blue and become available once every control in the report's framework is reviewed.
Selecting 'Edit Report Information' opens a window allowing you to customize report details, enhancing identification and organization (as depicted below).
After editing a report's information, the 'Edit Information' button transitions into a 'Preview Report' button. Upon clicking it, a detailed report will be presented, encompassing the entered information as well as the Findings (NCR).
By clicking 'Reject Report,' the report is automatically rejected, triggering a notification to be sent to the organization informing them of the rejection.
To add an auditor who wasn't initially assigned to a report, simply click on 'Information' (indicated by the arrow below), and then select the team member add button (circled below).
Upon selecting the team member add button, an 'Add Auditors' window opens, providing a convenient interface for both adding and removing auditors from the report.
As previously mentioned, we'll initiate the review process by selecting a control.
For this illustration, Control 13405 has been chosen.
Upon selection, we are directed to the Evidence tab within the Control page, enabling us to peruse all files uploaded as evidences for this control.
Hovering over the control's name opens a small window containing a concise summary.
For a more detailed description of the control, click on the Description tab, as indicated by the arrow below.
To scrutinize an evidence, simply click the download button adjacent to the evidence's name, as circled below.
Once the review of a control's evidences is complete, click on the toggle reviewed button, as indicated by the arrow below.
Upon returning to the Controls list, there is an option to filter the controls based on their review status, differentiating between "Reviewed" and "Unreviewed," as depicted below.
Once all evidences have been thoroughly reviewed, the 'Complete' button transforms into a blue color, indicating its availability for use, as denoted by the arrow below.
The crucial distinction between 'Publish' and 'Complete' lies in the presence of added Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
If any NCRs are included, the report cannot be marked as 'Complete' because there are evidences that demand further attention and resolution.
Upon the completion of evidence reviews, if any NCRs were added, the 'Publish' button turns blue and becomes available for use, as indicated by the arrow below.
If the report is considered flawless, clicking the 'Complete' button without adding any Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) will designate it as complete for the organization members. (in the ).
