The Matches tab displays all identified matches for each client during a screening process.

It is imperative to review and address each match, ensuring that a new client is not concealing a potentially risky identity.

To begin, let's create an example client.

This represents the Client page, which we were directed to automatically after creating the new client.

Encircled below is the client's screening status.

Upon creation, the client is screened immediately, and the "Matched" status indicates that the system has identified matches with a probability of being the client's identity.

Additionally, highlighted with an arrow below is the "Start Screening" button, which, when activated, initiates a new screening process.

Review Screening Reports

Within the Matches tab on the left sidebar, one can access a comprehensive list of clients requiring review and verification.

This occurs when the system identifies potential matches for their profile. To scrutinize a screening, simply click on the 'View Screening' button, as indicated by the arrow below.

Here is the Matches list for a client, showcasing two potential matches.

To delve into more details, click on 'View Full Report,' as denoted by the arrow below, for the first match.

In this interface, you can navigate through various tabs.

Complico's system utilizes information from profile databases globally to compare profile data.

The image below focuses on the General Info tab, revealing that our client shares the same birth date as the presented profile.

To gain further insights, we'll explore additional tabs below.

In this section, it becomes apparent that the individual in question holds the position of director at a company named CNAM.

Under the Datasets tab, you can observe the specific database that Complico's system utilized to identify this particular match.

Upon determining that our client, "Emily," a female client, does not align with the characteristics of a male director of a company in Moldova, proceed by clicking on the Resolution button, as indicated by the arrow below.

Next, complete the resolution reason, and subsequently, click on Save to finalize the resolution process.

Alternatively, you have the option to use the Quick Resolution button to promptly resolve a match without providing a detailed explanation.

Identified by the arrow below, the trash bin icon serves to remove a resolution, reinstating the match to a pending state, awaiting further resolution.

Verifying a Client

Highlighted with an arrow below, hovering over a resolution's reason allows you to read the complete explanation provided.

Encircled below is the 'Set Client Verified' button, which you'll click on once all matches are successfully resolved.

Returning to the Client tab, as indicated by the arrow below, you'll observe that Emily's status is now "Verified."

This status will persist unless, during the next scheduled screening, additional matches are identified for Emily's profile.

The "Start Screening" button, when activated, initiates an immediate screening of Emily's profile, irrespective of the regular scheduled screening timeframe chosen during the
