To edit an existing template, navigate to the Templates tab and click on a template's name, as marked with an arrow below.
On the Template page, please select the 'Edit Template' button, as indicated by the encircled area.
This represents the Template Editor page.
Enclosed below is the Preview button, facilitating real-time visualization of applied changes on the final form.
Subsequently, the Template's nomenclature and description are delineated. Beneath these details, one encounters diverse fields.
It is imperative to acknowledge that the Full Name field is obligatory and cannot be omitted from a Client form.
Conversely, the other fields, such as Birth Date and Passport Number, can be eliminated through the trash bin icon or rendered non-compulsory by deselecting the Required field.
The arrows delineated below denote the presence of the Add System Field and the Add Custom Field dropdown menu.
By employing the Add System Field feature, we gain access to Complico's preconfigured array of client information fields, enabling us to peruse and select the ones that meet our specific requirements.
Within the 'Add Custom Field' dropdown menu, users can introduce a personalized field, choosing from options such as Text, Number, or Date fields.
Upon adding a custom field, it can be designated a name, and subsequently, it will manifest on the client's form.
Navigating downward on the Edit page, users can incorporate a Document Upload field and designate a preferred name for it.
Additionally, there exists the flexibility to determine the frequency with which clients, added through this template, undergo screening for matches and potential risks.
Furthermore, users possess the authority to specify the Matching Ratio.
In the provided illustration, a Matching Ratio of 0.3 is established. This denotes that any match surpassing the threshold of 0.3 will be presented in the Matches list.
Thorough examination is essential to determine that individuals are not concealing their authentic client identity.
In cases where the identity is indeed that of the client, caution is warranted to ensure their addition is secure.
This serves as an illustration of an edited template wherein the completion of the Full Name, Middle Name, Birth Date, Passport Number, and our custom Zipcode fields is obligatory.
Notably, the Country of Birth field remains optional. To visualize the final form, let us proceed by clicking on Preview.
Within the Template's Preview, fields marked as mandatory are discernible by the presence of a red asterisk.
This visual cue facilitates the identification of obligatory fields.
Similar to the process of editing a template, the creation of a new template involves initiating the process by clicking on the '+Custom Template' button and subsequently advancing to the Edit page.
Next, the user must designate the type of client for which the template is intended.
This decision will influence the array of available fields presented on the Edit page.
Subsequently, we proceed to modify the blank template.
For the purpose of this example, we will tailor the template to serve as a blood donation form for volunteers contributing blood to a hospital.
Take a look at the fields we've included below.
The required fields are crucial for the utilization of blood donations, ensuring essential information is captured.
On the other hand, the Ethnicity field is optional. While it could be valuable for research purposes among doctors, it's not pertinent to the actual use of the donations.
Simply click on the Preview button to get a visual representation of how the form will appear..
Here is an illustration of the creation of Corporate and Crypto Templates.
It is noteworthy that the system fields provided are well-suited for corporate clients.
For the Crypto Client template, the sole essential field is the wallet's Public Key.
