To utilize templates in Complico's KYC Management, start by clicking on the left sidebar button, as marked with an arrow below.
Then, select the KYC Management tab, as circled below.
Here, navigate to the Templates tab, as indicated by the arrow below.
By utilizing these templates, you can effortlessly add new clients to your client lists, and they will be automatically screened and matched with potential profiles.
The default templates are tailored for individual and corporate clients, as well as for crypto wallets.
To begin, click on 'Create Client,' as indicated by the arrow below.
Marked with an arrow below is the 'Create Another Client' checkbox.
Checking this box enables a seamless process of adding new clients one after another.
After completing all mandatory fields, proceed by clicking on 'Create Client,' as indicated by the arrow below.
Clicking on a template's name, as marked with an arrow below, will take you to the template itself.
Within the template, you can view its fields, categorized into mandatory fields (checked in Required) and non-mandatory fields.
Several options are available.
As marked with an arrow below, there is the Screening Settings tab.
The Preview window enables us to visualize how the form would appear to the individual filling it out, whether it be a staff member within our organization or clients who have received the form for self-completion.
Additionally, you can find the Matching Ratio setting.
In the example below, a Matching Ratio of 0.3 is set.
This signifies that any match above 0.3 will be presented in the Matches list.
It necessitates meticulous verification to ensure that the individual is not concealing their true client identity.
If it is the client themselves, thorough scrutiny is required to ascertain that it is safe to add them.
These are Complico's default templates designed for creating and clients.
However, you have the flexibility to as many templates as necessary.
In this view, you can see the client filling form, which can also be for self-completion.
Your new client will then be and tab.
Additionally, circled below are the and Preview buttons. Let's begin with the Preview button.
On the Screening Settings tab, you can observe the timeframe within which the repeats.
