Vendor Settings

In addition to Complico's built-in options for categorizing vendors (i.e., Type, Service), you can seamlessly add new options using two different, yet straightforward, methods.

Inside a Vendor Information Window

When in the process of adding a new vendor, you have the option to select 'Add New' within a vendor category drop-down menu, rather than choosing from the existing list.

This option is marked with an arrow below.

Simply provide a name for the new Vendor Type.

The newly added Vendor Type is now a permanent entry in our Type list.

Using Vendor Settings

Navigate to the Vendor Management page and click on the Settings tab, as marked with an arrow below.

Subsequently, choose one of the vendor categories from the list.

In this example, the Risk category has been selected.

The circled button below allows you to add a new item to the category.

Additionally, the arrow below points to the pencil icon, which, when clicked, allows you to edit an existing item in the category.

Upon clicking the Edit icon, you can rename an item according to your preferences, and then click Confirm to save the changes.

Here is an example of the Service Provided category.

Similar to the previous categories, you can edit, delete, and add a new item to the Service Provided category.
