Integrated applications furnish auditors with dependable compliance data in the form of logs.
They also streamline the process of uploading evidence through automated .
Let's explore some fundamental functionalities of an integrated app.
Navigate to the Installed Integrations tab, and click on the BambooHR App, as indicated by the arrow below.
On the Integrated App's page, the initial tab to review is the Data tab, as highlighted by the arrow below.
Complico imports read-only data from the application and organizes it into distinct data categories, each application having its designated set of data categories.
By clicking on a row in the table under Data Categories, you can expand the corresponding dataset to inspect its raw data.
Every data category showcases a corresponding data table.
Below is another instance of a data category within a different Integration app.
It enumerates User Groups, and upon selecting a user group, you can review the user's information in the raw data window.
Complico conducts scans and refreshes an Integration's data on a daily basis (GMT +00:00).
These scans are subsequently uploaded as logs, which can be reviewed later in this guide.
Clicking on the 'Information' button, highlighted by the arrow below, reveals the Integration's status.
In the image below, the status is indicated as "Completed" and is colored in green, signifying a successful scan.
On the history tab, you can observe past scans and their corresponding statuses.
In the example below, all past scans were successful.
The example below illustrates an Integration with a current status of "Failed," indicating that the last scan was unsuccessful.
This suggests there may be an issue either with the Integration's configuration or the Integration app itself. On the History tab, you can observe that all previous scans have also failed.
Within the Logs tab, you can review past Integration logs.
These logs are downloadable as files containing all data imported in a scan within a single file.
Once you've selected a log, you can download it as a local file by utilizing the 'Download' button, as indicated by the arrow below.
Within the Configuration tab, you have the ability to modify the integrated app's name within your organization's installed integrations.
Logs can function as evidence in various frameworks and are during report reviews.
