In the tab, if a report bears the status of "Published NCR," it signifies that a response to the Auditor's notes is required.
This response may involve providing additional information or addressing issues with the evidences to ensure a comprehensive and satisfactory review.
The Report's status is circled below for reference.
To respond to the Auditor's notes, select the Report and identify the control(s) with an 'Open' status, as indicated by the arrow below.
In the NCR tab, as indicated by the arrow below, you can view the Auditor's rationale for creating an NCR.
To respond, you can add information such as a Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
Additionally, use the Upload button at the bottom to upload additional or corrected evidence.
After making these changes, click on save to ensure the updates are recorded.
Returning to the Report's page, you'll observe that the Control's status has transitioned from Open to Review.
This change signifies that the NCR associated with it is now under review by the Auditor.
IMPORTANT: To send the Report back to the Auditor for a re-evaluation, it is crucial to click on 'Send NCR Response,' as highlighted by the arrow below.
This indicates that the Report is now awaiting the Auditor's response to the notes and fixes provided.
With the action of sending the NCR response, the transitions from NCR Published to NCR Response.
