Here, we will explore Complico's templates—a unique, convenient, and time-saving feature that offers you templates from Complico's extensive library, covering various areas of business.
There are two pathways to reach a point where you can make use of templates:

Using While reviewing the available options for an evidence within the task management list of required evidences, you will often encounter the "use a template" option, as marked with an arrow below.
Upon selecting 'create a template,' a window will appear, presenting several customization options for the template:
Name
File location
By default, the file is named after the evidence itself.
However, you have the flexibility to alter it according to your preference.
The file's location will determine the destination within the All Documents tab where the file is saved.
You have the option to save your files within folders to maintain organization.
After tailoring the template to your liking, proceed by clicking on the "Create" button located at the bottom right corner of the window, as circled below.
You have effectively generated a new template.
As illustrated below, the template titled "Cryptography & Key Management Policy" is prepared for personal data customization.
This streamlines the process of submitting it as evidence, reducing the need for additional work.
If you know the name of an evidence, you can swiftly locate it (if suitable and available) in the Template Gallery, click on the evidence's name, and then select "Next," as circled below.
You can now proceed to create the template by configuring the appropriate template preferences and clicking "Create," as explained above.
