We've explored Complico's template and document editing features, and we've learned how to initiate the document approval process.
In cases where you already have your data or evidence stored in another format and prefer not to begin a new document from scratch, the File Upload option becomes a valuable tool.
Complico's system allows for the addition of images, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, seamlessly incorporating them into our document creation as a PDF.
Subsequently, users can easily add data and attach interactive signature boxes, regardless of the original file format.
To begin, establish a folder or generate a new document by selecting the "+NEW" button at the top of the page.
Then, opt for "Create Document" (circled below).
Choose between two convenient options: either select the appropriate choice (indicated by the right arrow below) or drag a file directly onto it for seamless inclusion.
In the example below, I've chosen an Excel file for uploading.
Below, you can spot the uploaded file by its name.
Proceed by clicking 'Next' to create the document, seamlessly incorporating the uploaded file into it.
And here's our newly created Document, an Excel file, now a part of Complico's Document system.
You have the option to add interactive signature boxes and fill boxes, making it ready for approval through the Complico infrastructure.
In the image below, you can observe the Document prepared for submission, approval, completion, and signing.
