The Employees Issues tab serves as a platform for viewing, managing, and resolving HR issues related to employees.
These issues can be submitted either anonymously or linked to a specific employee.
HR issues may encompass a variety of concerns, including harassment, workplace conflicts, and complaints related to theft and fraud.
To access the HR Issues page, click on the Employees Issues tab, as indicated by the arrow below.
Within this tab, you can observe all issues created by employees, each featuring its ID, Type, Offender, Date created, Reporter, Status, and Resolvent Status.
If there is an issue reported, clicking on it will open the issue's information page.
It's worth noting that you can search through issues either by utilizing the search bar or by employing various filter options, as highlighted within the rectangle below.
In the Issue information page, you can observe details such as the Type, Offender's name, and a description of 'What Happened?'.
It's important to note that the reporter's name is not visible, as they chose to remain anonymous.
The status of the issue can be altered to either 'In Progress' or 'Resolved.'
Choosing 'In Progress' communicates to the reporter that the issue has been acknowledged, and an investigation is underway.
Upon selecting the 'Resolved' status option, a resolution window becomes available.
In this resolution window, it is imperative to furnish the resolution details to proceed further.
Once the mandatory resolution description has been filled in, the next step involves saving it by using the 'Save' button, as indicated by the arrow below.
Returning to the Employees Issues tab, the status of the issue is now 'Resolved.' This status is visible to both us and the reporter in their employee portal.
Upon selecting the resolved issue from the list, you will observe that the resolution details, comprising the date and description, have been added.
