On the "Risk Registries" tab, denoted by the arrow below, new Registries can be created using the "Create" button, as circled in the image.
These Registries serve as organizational structures for the Organization's Risks, resembling a folder-like hierarchy.
Each Registry is associated with its designated Risk Model.
In this interface, you can designate a name for a new Registry, provide additional details, and utilize the dropdown menu, as indicated by the arrow below, to select the appropriate Model from your collection.
Upon completing all mandatory fields, proceed by clicking 'Create.'
On the Registry's page, initiate the process of adding risks by clicking on the "Add Risk" button, as indicated by the arrow below.
Provide a name, type, and description for the new Risk to facilitate identification.
As an illustration, within the "Risk of Website Crash" Registry, we established a Risk pertaining to the potential unexpected shutdown of the Organization's site's cloud service.
