Managers have the capability to assign framework tasks to collaborators who possess access to the portal.
As collaborators, we are responsible for uploading pertinent files associated with these tasks.
Upon approval by the manager, these files will be automatically designated as evidence.

To access our delegated tasks, navigate to the Required Actions tab on the left side-bar, as indicated by the arrow below.
Displayed in the Required Actions list are two tasks delegated to us, both of which have already received approval from a manager.
On the same page, following the delegation of a new task, the status of the task is indicated as "Created," as pointed out by the arrow below.
This task necessitates our prompt action.
Upon clicking on a task, detailed information such as the requestor, comments, and task type becomes accessible.
Let's proceed by clicking on the Perform button, as denoted by the arrow below.
Presently, two options are at our disposal: adding relevant file(s) and providing a comment or explanation for the task.
Upon completion of a task, its status will reflect as 'Performed.'
This indicates that the task is now in a pending state, awaiting approval or declination by a manager.
Upon clicking on an approved or declined task, a comprehensive view of its details, approval time, and the specific uploaded files chosen as evidence can be accessed.
