On the 'All Documents' page, situated to the right of each file and folder, there are three blue dots denoting an options button.
Clicking on this button reveals a menu of available actions. In the provided example below, you can observe the options available for a folder, circled for clarity.
For a folder, the available options include renaming it, moving it to another existing folder, or deleting it.
When deleted, the folder is directly sent to the Trash tab (as illustrated below).
When considering the options for a 'Complete' file (as indicated by its status), you have the ability to download the document to your local storage, save it to an evidence of an adopted framework, create a draft-status copy for further modifications, or move it to a folder.
Clicking the options button on a Draft-status file, or a folder containing only draft files or an empty one, allows you to delete it.
The deleted item is then sent to the Trash tab on the left (as circled below).
On the Trash page, deleted files are stored permanently, displaying their 'Trashed Date.'
To recover a deleted file, you can click the 'Restore' button next to the file, bringing it back to the All Documents page (as circled below).
