To access the Documents tab, click on the left sidebar button on the Complico site, as indicated by the arrow below.
Select "Documents," and you'll be directed to the "All Documents" tab under Documents.
Here, you can view all the documents and folders you have created, uploaded, or edited.
Below is an example of an All Documents tab. At first glance, several features are noticeable:
Below it, folders and documents are listed, the top two rows are folders, indicated by a blue folder icon next to the file's name, and the following row is a document, without the blue folder icon.
Various columns provide key information:
File's Name: Displays the name of each file or document.
Last Modified Date: Indicates the most recent date the file was edited or modified.
Document's Status: Reflects the current status of each document.
To create a folder or a new document, click on the "+NEW" button located at the top of the page, as circled below.
Subsequently, choose the 'New Folder' option.
Now, simply name the folder and click 'Create,' as shown below.
NOTICE: If you wish to create new folders within an existing folder, simply double-click the existing folder and then proceed to create a new folder inside it.
If the option to create a new document is selected, the new document window will open, presenting several available options, as seen below.
There, you can choose to:
Create a blank Document
Upload a local file
These Templates are designed to minimize the amount of work needed to complete an evidence, as circled below.
Under the "All Documents" headline, there are a few options.
On the left sidebar, you have the option to navigate to either the tab or the tab.
: Shows information about recipients or relevant stakeholders associated with the document.
Current Step Provides an estimated time of arrival for the current step in the document's process.
