The 'Send To Client' button, denoted by the arrow below, allows for the direct transmission of a template's form to one or more email addresses. Individuals completing the form sent to them will be added as new clients and subjected to the
Upon clicking the Send button, the Send window opens.
Here, you can add multiple email addresses by inputting an address and clicking on 'Add,' as indicated by the arrow below.
Once the addresses are added, clicking the 'Send' button, as marked by the arrow below, automatically dispatches the form to all the specified email addresses.
The example below illustrates the email message that a potential client receives.
Upon selecting "Verify," the individual has the option to either reject the form, declining to join our client list, or to proceed by completing the fields and clicking on 'Send.'
In the Requests tab, accessible from the left sidebar, you can review all forms sent to you and discern which clients have been added from specific email addresses.
In the Client list, you'll observe that the new client has been added and is currently matched, awaiting
