In the Reports section, an additional feature is the Archive.
For organizational purposes, there's the option to transfer only the Completed Reports to the archive.
If there's no need to view a Rejected or Completed Report any longer, moving it to the archive effectively removes it from the Generated Reports list.
Moreover, it's worth noting that the Auditor has access to your organization's Generated Report list.
To ensure clarity and organization, consider archiving older reports.
This prevents the Auditor from encountering a cluttered view and facilitates a more streamlined review process.
In the Generated Reports tab, adjacent to Completed Reports, you'll notice that the archive button is colored in dark gray, as indicated by the arrow below.
By clicking on it, the Report will be transferred to the Archived Reports tab.
It's important to note that the other Reports in the image aren't marked as Complete, hence they cannot be archived.
To access all archived Reports, navigate to the left sidebar and click on 'Archived Reports,' as pointed out by the arrow below.
NOTICE: Once a Report is archived, there is no reversal; it cannot be restored. Therefore, ensure your certainty in archiving a Completed Report before proceeding.
In the "Archived Reports" tab, you can access a list that displays archived reports, providing essential information such as the report's name, auditor, status, generation date, and associated framework.
Clicking on a report opens it, similar to how you would open a report in the Generated Reports tab.
Additionally, a delete button is available to remove a report from the list, as circled below.
It's important to note that once a report is deleted from the Archived Reports tab, it cannot be restored.
Please exercise caution and ensure the necessity of such action before proceeding.
