As an employee, you can make edits to your profile, and the system generates an edit request for approval, streamlining the process.
There's no need to actively seek approvals; the system ensures that changes are easily reviewed and implemented.
To initiate an edit request for your profile, begin by clicking on the 'Create Edit Request' button on the My Profile tab, as indicated by the arrow below.
In this instance, a middle name "Richard" was added.
After making the desired changes, proceed to click on the 'Submit' button, as indicated by the arrow below.
Following the submission of the edit request, a window will guide you to review the request's status on the My HR Requests tab, as highlighted by the arrow below.
On this list, you can see the status of your new request, currently marked as 'Created.'
While a request is pending a response from a manager, it can be canceled by choosing the specific request from the list and selecting the 'Cancel Request' button, denoted by the arrow below.
When the status of a request transitions to 'Approved,' it indicates that the requested modifications have been effectively incorporated into your profile.
Upon selecting a request from the list, you have the ability to review its details in further detail.
To identify a specific request from the list, you may either employ the search bar or utilize the various filter options, as illustrated by the rectangle below.
