Draft Status:
Explanation: A document is in draft status during its creation or editing phase. It is not yet prepared for review or approval.
Approval Pending Status:
Explanation: After drafting, the document moves into the approval stage. Here, it is dispatched to designated staff members for their careful review and approval. This phase is pivotal for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the document's content.
Signing Pending Status:
Explanation: Following approval from the assigned staff members, the document progresses to the signing stage. It is now poised for the recipient's signature.

Completed Status:
