Creating Evidences

In the "Created Evidences" tab, you can review the Evidences you've created and generate new ones.

It is crucial to note that Evidences created independently will not be linked to similar Evidences and will not appear on VICA's Task Management tab.

Prior to creating a new Evidence, it is recommended to search for existing Evidences in Complico's system that may be similar.

To begin, select the 'Create Evidence' button, as indicated by the arrow below.

In the window below, it is obligatory to provide a name for the Evidence.

However, the fields for category and description are optional.

Once the form is completed, proceed by clicking on the "Save" button.

This is the Evidence page following the addition of a couple of Evidences.

It is noteworthy that, under the "Attached" column, these Evidences are not linked to any Controls.
