Within the Organization tab, you can perform various actions such as inviting and removing collaborators, adding and removing workspaces, and modifying the organization's details.
To begin, access the Settings page by clicking on the gearwheel settings icon, as indicated by the arrow below.
Next, choose the pertinent organization from the list to access its specific settings and management options.
In this Organization's page, various tabs provide control over the organization's workspaces, subscription plans, and billing.
Circled below are three useful buttons that we'll now explain.
The "Transfer Ownership" option empowers you to designate a collaborator as an owner, providing them with complete access and the array of actions exclusive to an organization owner.
The 'Edit' button provides a quick avenue to modify the organization's name and logo within Complico's system.
Workspaces serve as dedicated environments within your organization, facilitating the organization and management of frameworks, employees, vendors, and other elements essential for streamlined business operations.
By utilizing the "Create Workspace" button, you can name the new workspace and extend invitations to collaborators, enabling them to operate within this dedicated workspace.
To explore the available actions within a workspace, click on the workspace indicated by the arrow below.
This will provide insights into the functionalities and features specific to that workspace.
Within the workspace, as indicated by the arrow below, two buttons are available: 'Change Name' and 'Delete Workspace'.
Additionally, the workspace's collaborators are organized in a list underneath, featuring columns that display collaborator roles and pertinent information.
To extend an invitation to a collaborator to join the workspace, select the 'Invite Collaborator' button (indicated by the arrow below).
It is now possible to include an email address for the invitation.
Following the selection of a role to assign to the provided address, proceed to click the 'Invite' button (encircled below).
Utilize the ellipsis (three dotted) option button (encircled below) to either delete or manage their account.
Opting for 'Manage Access' opens the management window, where one can grant or restrict a collaborator's access to the employee portal.
Furthermore, it is possible to add, remove, or modify a collaborator's role, consequently altering their system access within various facets of Complico's organizational management system.
The 'Information' button (indicated by the arrow below) provides supplementary details regarding our organization's subscription to the Complico system.
This encompasses information such as the subscription's expiration date, the number of available workspaces, collaborators per workspace, and additional relevant details.
By selecting the checkbox (indicated by the arrow below), the invited collaborator gains access to the .
The invitee is currently in a 'Pending For Activation' status. They will be incorporated as a collaborator upon accepting the invitation in the
