Generate New Reports

To generate a report, verify the completion and uploading of all evidence within a designated framework.

Subsequently, proceed to the Reports tab located in the left sidebar, as indicated by the arrow below.

Next, select the New Report tab, as denoted by the arrow below.

At this stage, it is necessary to designate a name (title) for the report, choose the framework for reporting, and include the auditor's address.

While choosing a framework, the comprehensive list of its evidences is visible, each accompanied by checkboxes that can be scrolled through.

It is possible to opt to exclude specific evidences from the report by deselecting their respective checkboxes.

In scenarios where a report with a limited number of evidences is required, rather than individually deselecting most evidences, there is an option to streamline the process.

This can be achieved by clicking on the 'Deselect All' checkbox located at the top of the list, as indicated by the arrow below.

Following this, the desired evidences can be selectively chosen for inclusion in the report.

The final step involves clicking the 'Generate New Report' button, initiating the immediate dispatch of the report to the designated Auditor for thorough review.
