Complico's intuitive Delegated Tasks platform enhances task distribution among Collaborators, fostering increased efficiency and collaboration.
It ensures accountability and clarity in project responsibilities.
These tasks are carried out by Collaborators on the Required Actions Portal tab.
On VICA's Task Management tab, when hovering over an Evidence's Tasks column, you can view (indicated by an arrow below) the Delegated Tasks status for that Evidence.
For each Evidence, the number of Tasks Created, Performed, Approved, and Declined will be displayed here.
Upon entering an Evidence, if you find no tasks on its page, click on the "Delegate Task" button to initiate the creation of a new task for a Collaborator to perform.
When entering an Evidence, We see no Tasks on its page.
Click on the Delegate Task button to create a new Task for a Collaborator to perform.
In this instance, within the "Create Task" window, you can choose a Collaborator to execute an Evidence Task and input a comment for them to review.
Highlighted with an arrow below is the "Create" button; click on it after filling in the relevant fields.
In this view, on the Evidence page, you can observe the delegated Task.
An arrow indicates the 'Created' status, while the "Cancel Task" button is circled below.
The Task is now the Collaborator's responsibility.
Following the Collaborator's completion of the task, you can observe (indicated by an arrow below) that the Task's status has been updated.
For a Performed Task, as Managers, you'll find it waiting for you.
Use the "View" button (highlighted by an arrow below) to inspect the uploaded files and make a decision on whether to Decline or Approve them as the Evidence.
Taking a quick glance back at the Task Management page, you'll notice, circled below, that the Evidence's Tasks status displays one Performed Task, indicating that it awaits your decision for approval or decline.
When approving a submitted Task, you have the ability to select which additional files will be uploaded to the Evidence.
At this point, you can mark the Evidence's status.
This selection is based on whether the Task files are deemed sufficient for the Task to be labeled as Complete or In Progress.
As indicated by the arrow below, you can see that the Task's status has been updated to Approved.
If you are uncertain about changing an Evidence's Status or wish to view its details and uploaded files, you can utilize the "Frameworks" button (indicated by an arrow below) to navigate to the Evidence's page in the Frameworks tab.
Within the Frameworks window, you can navigate to the Evidence's page within a Framework that includes this Evidence.
Click on the Evidence's name, as marked by an arrow below.

Take note that the file you've approved has been added to the Evidence's uploaded files.
If you want to return to the Evidence's page on the VICA tab, simply click on the 'VICA step' button, marked with arrows below.
Following the approval of a Task, you can observe that the count for Approved Tasks is now 1.
Here, you can review files and uploaded to the Evidence.
