The Archive Clients tab is designed for managing past clients that you wish to remove from your organization.
This action retains the client's information in your database for potential future use.
To archive a client, go to the Clients list page, click on the options button (indicated by the arrow below), and choose 'Archive Client.'
Following the selection to archive a client, you have the option to either proceed with archiving directly or provide a reason for archiving.
To supply a reason, click on the checkbox (as indicated by the arrow below) and enter the rationale.
In the Archived Clients tab, accessible from the left sidebar (as indicated by the arrow below), each client can be either restored or deleted (circled below).
It's essential to note that deleting a client will permanently erase all of its information from the system.
When you choose to restore a client, it is automatically reintegrated into your Clients list as an existing client.
Checking the 'Provide Reason' checkbox allows you to input a reason for restoring a client.
This can be helpful for documentation and reference purposes.
By selecting the "Blacklist Client" option, you have the choice to either blacklist the client directly or provide a reason for blacklisting.
This flexibility allows you to document and justify the decision, enhancing transparency and record-keeping.
A blacklisted client will persist in your Clients list, with its status clearly marked as "Blacklist," as indicated by the arrow below.
To restore a client from the blacklist, select the "Restore from Blacklist" option, as circled below.
