Employee Issues

As an employee, you have the option to report various HR issues, ranging from harassment to theft and more, using the My Issues system.

You can choose to report an issue under your name or anonymously.

To initiate the reporting process, click on the left sidebar button, as indicated by the arrow below, and select the HR tab, as circled below.

Now, navigate to the My Issues tab, as indicated by the circle below.

If the Issues list is currently empty, you can create a new issue by clicking on the 'New Issue' button, marked with an arrow below.

Now, choose whether to report anonymously or not.

Specify the report's type, offender, and provide a brief explanation of what happened.

After completing the required fields, click on the 'Report Issue' button, as indicated by the arrow below.

The newly created issue is now visible in the My Issues tab, displaying relevant details in the corresponding columns.

You can easily locate an issue from the list by either using the search bar or utilizing the different filter options, as marked with a rectangle below.

The status of your issue has been updated to 'In Progress' by a manager, indicating that active attention and ongoing resolution are in progress.

Marked with an arrow, we observe that our issue has been resolved.

To access the issue's resolution details and its update history, select the issue from the list.

Now, you can view the date of the resolution, the resolver's name, and read the resolution's description.
