Saving To Evidences

The final stage of the Automation process is "Save to Evidence."
Click the + button, indicated by the arrow below, to select evidence from an adopted framework.
Once confirmed, reviewed, or signed by assigned members of the organization, the documents will be uploaded into the chosen evidence.
In the "Select Evidence" window, choose evidence from one of your adopted frameworks that is pertinent to the documents involved in the Automation.
If necessary, additional evidences can be selected for the same Automation by clicking on the + Add button below the added evidence.
After making all the required modifications to the Automation stages, click on the Create button, indicated by the arrow below, to save the Automation to the Created Automations tab.
